Customers often inquire about project timelines, material sourcing, our experience with specific types of renovations, and how we handle unexpected issues during a project. We're always happy to discuss these and any other concerns you may have in detail.

What important information should I know before hiring you or starting a project?

One of the biggest things is I want my customers to know that if they change their mind, that's okay. Please don't ever accept something if it's not truly what your heart sees or wants. We value your satisfaction above all else.

How do you handle scheduling and payments?

We accept payments via Cash App, Venmo, Chime, Apple Pay, and PayPal. Scheduling is done around when you need it, including my availability, of course. Payments are expected to be completed at the completion of the project. Also, half is due upfront to cover the cost of materials.
